Who we are

RankBull ("we", "us") is operated by Code Bull. Our contact address for privacy requests is the support email shown in your RankBull account. This policy describes how we handle personal data when you use rankbull.ai.

Data we collect

• Account data — email, name, and preferences you provide at signup or in account settings.
• Listing and audit content — ASINs, titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, images you submit, and AI-generated outputs we store so you can return to your work.
• Usage data — plan quotas, feature usage, and basic technical logs needed to operate and secure the service.
• Billing data — subscription status and Paddle customer identifiers. Payment card details are processed by Paddle, not stored on RankBull servers.

How we use data

We use your data to provide listing generation, audits, monitoring, rank tracking, and billing; to send transactional email (account, billing, digests you opt into); to prevent abuse; and to improve reliability. We do not sell your personal data.

Processors

We rely on specialist providers: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (auth and database), Anthropic (AI), DataForSEO (marketplace data), Paddle (payments), and Postmark (email). Each processes data only to deliver their service. See our Trust page for a plain-language overview.

Retention

We retain workspace data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we remove your profile, listings, audits, watches, and related workspace data promptly. Paddle may retain payment and tax records separately as required by law.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can delete your account from Account settings or contact support. We respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.

International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. We use providers with appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers where required.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product or law changes. Material updates will be reflected on this page with a revised date.
