Agreement

By creating a RankBull account or using rankbull.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

RankBull provides AI-assisted Amazon listing tools, audits, monitoring, rank tracking, and related features on a subscription basis. Outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing all copy before publishing to Amazon or any marketplace, and for complying with Amazon's policies and applicable law.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not submit content you are not authorized to use.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed through Paddle. Prices, quotas, and trial terms are shown at checkout and on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel from Billing ; access continues until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law.

RB Credits

RB Credits are prepaid access to metered features of RankBull. They are a unit of usage, not money: they are not a payment instrument, stored value, or e-money, they carry no cash value, and they cannot be withdrawn, transferred between accounts, resold, or exchanged for cash. One credit is priced at a fixed $0.50; larger packs include additional bonus credits rather than a different per-credit price. The number of credits each action costs is shown on the Billing page, and we will give reasonable notice before increasing it.

Your plan allowance is always used first. Credits are only spent once that allowance is exhausted and only for a run you have confirmed at the price shown beforehand. If a run fails, the credits it took are returned. Credits do not expire while your subscription is active. Because the tools require an active plan, a balance cannot be spent while you have no subscription; it remains on your account and becomes available again if you subscribe.

Credit purchases are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record, and are subject to the refund position above: refunds are handled at our discretion except where required by law. Where a refund of a credit purchase is given, it is based on the credits that remain unused, and those credits are removed from your balance. We may also correct a balance credited in error, including after a reversed or disputed payment.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass quotas or security controls, scrape the platform, or use RankBull to generate unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.

AI outputs and disclaimers

AI-generated text, scores, and keyword estimates may be inaccurate or incomplete. RankBull does not guarantee search ranking, sales performance, or Amazon compliance. Keyword volume figures from research tools are estimates, not guaranteed traffic data.

Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that content to provide the service. RankBull's software, brand, and UI remain our property.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RankBull and Code Bull are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or listing performance. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends; data handling is described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country provides otherwise.
