How RankBull handles your data
No Seller Central credentials
RankBull does not ask for, store, or use your Amazon Seller Central username or password. An ASIN audit uses the ASIN and public listing information, while private fields such as backend keywords are only used when you choose to provide them.
Service providers
RankBull uses specialist providers to operate the service: Vercel for application hosting, Supabase for authentication and database services, Anthropic for AI generation and analysis, DataForSEO for marketplace data, Paddle for billing, and Postmark for transactional email. These providers process data only as needed to deliver their respective service.
Account and listing data
We store the content you submit, generated outputs, and monitoring data so you can return to your listings and reports. Do not enter information you are not authorized to share.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account from Account settings, we remove your profile, listings, audits, watches, and related data promptly. Paddle retains payment records separately for tax and chargeback compliance. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Security reporting
If you believe you have found a security issue, contact RankBull through the support channel shown in your account. Please do not include passwords, API keys, or other secrets in a report.
